Starry Night Barn Wedding

Starry Night Barn…this venue was the perfect backdrop for Becca and Jordan’s wedding day. It was one of those days where no matter what the weather did, or what was thrown their way, these two, along with family and friends, were there to celebrate and most importantly…GET MARRIED! We started the day off with some getting ready photos, plus the first look and as many photos as we could get before the ceremony.

Since everywhere in the Traverse City area you’re never more than a stones throw away from water, we had to take a quick detour to get some beach/water photos!

Back to the venue to finish up with some family photos!

Remember how I mentioned we tried to get as many photos done prior to the ceremony? I’m very glad that was the plan because right about when Becca walked down the aisle, the rain started and didn’t let up till the next day (which made for a very “fun” time for wedding photography, lol). This swing made for a quick little wedding party nook, that they could stay dry while everyone was transitioning from cocktail hour to reception time!
